Speaker Bio:
John is a true professional builder with an incredible history of building successful projects. Delivering projects on time and budget starts with the detailed planning and analysis process and is carried through construction with the same level of knowledge and attention. John’s experience spans from laborer and carpenter all the way to entrepreneur, and is currently a partner with CME. John has the technical know-how, hands-on experience, and communication skills to successfully plan, coordinate, and cost the most complex projects and schedules in our region. With nearly 30 years of experience in multiple market sectors across the western US, John is focused on providing Owner’s with accurate budgets, value options, and solutions to difficulet construction problems. John has made his home in Northern Nevada for over 25 years. John has built or been a part of so much local infrastructure that there is true passion, ownership, and pride in making projects successful and creating value for the region.
