Presentation:
Join us for this month’s presentation by Jeremy Drew of RCI on “Restoring the Lee House: Honoring History as a Company Dedicated to Community".
Originally built in 1906 the Lee House has remained a cornerstone of Carson City’s west-side historic district and home to Resource Concepts, Inc. (RCI) since 1978. In October of 2022 the Lee House was almost completely destroyed by fire. RCI never left its west side campus while the Lee House was restored and celebrated its reopening in summer of 2025. RCI is a multi-disciplinary consulting firm that offers resource, engineering, surveying and water rights services with a natural resource ethic. RCI has always taken pride in being part of the communities where it works so this project held a special meaning for the company and its dedicated employees.
Jeremy Drew will present the story of the Lee House Restoration and the resilient RCI employees who helped make it come to life. Jeremy started with RCI in 2005 as an Engineering Intern before transitioning into RCI’s natural resource discipline. He became one of three managing Principals in 2020. He served as the primary Project Manager for RCI during the restoration.
