Join us for this month’s presentation by Brian Matthews of NDOT. He will be presenting about NDOT Construction Quality Assurance.
NDOT Quality Assurance is the Section of NDOT Construction that educates and monitors the field construction inspectors and testers for the construction crews throughout the State of Nevada. A summary of the quality assurance activities is provided in a report to the Federal Highways (as they are the main funding source for Federally funded projects).
Speaker Bio:
Brian holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Brigham Young University. Before becoming the NDOT Construction Quality Assurance Manager, Brian spent more than 13 years in NDOT Hydraulics. Prior to coming to NDOT, Brian worked for a number of engineering consulting firms, as well as Carson City Engineering.
